CLIENT INTRODUCTION：A domestically listed company specializing in the manufacturing and application of wooden products. It has become a leading brand in the global decorative market.

EXPECTED ON-BOARD DATE： Anytime

NUMBER OF PERSONNEL NEEDED： 2-3 individuals from each of the following countries: India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
LOCATION: Initial training for 1-2 years in Taiwan, followed by placement as a regional manager.

RESPONSIBILITY：
1. Complete the regional manager training in Taiwan, overseeing corporate operations and business development for the overseas branch office in the future.
2. Compile a list of potential local customers and invite them to corporate events.
3. Drive product promotion within the local market and sustain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
4. Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan, outlining specific goals and objectives.
5. Set and monitor KPIs, taking charge of the overall sales status.
6. Other responsibilities assigned by the direct superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT：
1. 3 years of work experience.
2. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
3. Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
4. Willingness to be assigned overseas in the future.

SALARY PACKAGE：Above NTD 1 million.
