This is applicable to overseas Chinese students and foreign students with an Alien Resident
Certificate.
Time: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. (100 number slips will be given out from 9:30 a.m.)
13 p.m. - 15 p.m. (100 number slips will be given out from 12:30 p.m.)
Location: Ching-sheng Memorial Hall, 10th floor

For those who need extension for their Alien Residence Certificate:
1. Application Form (Please fill it out beforehand.)
2. 1 piece of 2-inch color photo with a plain white background taken in last 6 months (Please affix it
to your application form.)
3. Application fee: NTD500 for overseas Chinese students
NTD1000 for foreign students
4. Passport (Original and 1 photocopy)
5. Resident Certificate (Original and 1 photocopy)
6. Student ID card (Original and 1 photocopy with the registration stamp of the 2nd semester of the
107th academic year on both sides of the copy)
7. If you have changed your address, please bring the original and one photocopy (printed out in
A4) of your residential tenancy agreement.

For those who have only changed their address:
