For those who need extension for their Alien Residence Certificate:
1. Application Form (Please fill it out beforehand.)
2. 1 piece of 2-inch color photo with a plain white background taken in last 6 months (Please affix it
to your application form.)
3. Application fee: NTD300 (exclusively for students from Hong Kong and Macau)
4. Resident Certificate (Original and 1 photocopy)
5. Passport (Original and 1 photocopy)

6. Certificate of enrollment (You can either request proof of certification of enrollment from the
Office of Academic Affairs or speak to Grace Chao at the International and Mainland Students
Guidance Section.)
7. If you have changed your address, please bring the original and one photocopy (printed out in
A4) of your residential tenancy agreement.

For those who have only changed their address:
