1. The information for “The 7 th NIDA Summer Camp “Economic
Development Versus Sustainable Development” event hosted by the
National Institute for Development Administrations, Thailand, are as
follows:
(1) Date: June 11 th until June 20 th , 2018
(2) Details: Please refer to the event website and the invitation in the

(3) Fees: The institute will provide food and accommodation, insurance
fees and participation fees. The participant will need to be
responsible for airfare, VISA and other personal expenses
themselves.
2. Eligibility: Postgraduate students and graduate students in their junior or
senior year. Please refer to the attachment 3 for application qualifications
3. Applicants need to submit the following documents:
(1) Tamkang’s Application Form
(2) NIDA Application Form
(3) A copy of your passport
(4) English version of past years transcripts
(5) 1 1-inch photograph (needs to be taken within 6 months of
application date)
(6) English proficiency certificate (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)
(7) Medical Certificate
(8) Write a minimum 1000 word essay on “Explain Sustainable
Economic Development in your definition and provide examples of
this concept based on your country”
(9) Make a video with a 2 minute introduction of yourself and your essay
(10) English resume
4. Please submit your application form to OICSA before March 28 th
(Wednesday) 5PM. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota (2
openings), OICSA will choose the most suitable candidate for the
positions.
5. This event is for personal study purposes. OICSA will not be providing
proof of leaves. As the semester has not ended during the duration of the
activity, participants will need to ask for leave by themselves
